Station 2 - Invitation to Bid

The Matlacha/Pine Island Fire Control District (“District”) is seeking responses from qualified respondents to provide Demolition, Site Clearing, and Re-Construction of the District’s Fire Station 2. A copy of the solicitation and all supporting documents are available for downloading below.

All prospective respondents are prohibited from contacting any member of the District Board of Commissioner or District employees except as provided below. All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to miles@pineislandfire.org using “Question for ITB No. 2025-001” as the subject line. Questions must be submitted on or before the deadline listed in the solicitation. The District will not answer questions submitted in any other manner or submitted after the deadline.

The District will select a contractor according to the process described in the solicitation. The deadline to submit a response is December 8, 2025 at 4:00pm. Responses received after the deadline will not be accepted. All costs and expenses related to the preparation and submission of  a response are the sole responsibility of the respondent.

The District may withdraw and cancel this solicitation at any time without liability to any respondent or prospective respondent. The District will post any updates or changes to this solicitation here and it is the responsibility of the bidder to check back for posted information.
