JULY 20, 2007 SPECIAL MEETING
FOR THE
MATLACHA/PINE
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 9:03 a.m.
Roll Call: Commissioner Cox, Elder and Cole were present. Commissioner Cammick and Peckinpaugh excused absence.
Chief Bradley, and Linda Richter were present.
Public Input: No public present.
Business:
Purpose of this meeting is to discuss and consider construction-related items
pertaining to Lodge Construction projects (Station 1 & 3) and, to consider their project
payments and to take action if needed.
Discussion follows in regards to Lodge Bill. (Copy on file)
Change order is to be executed for Mezzanine Revision billed at $1,490.00. Mechanical Peer Review billed but we don’t owe that amount of $1,550.00
Commissioner Cox
moves to approve billing less the $1,550.00 Mechanical Peer Review contingent
upon the receipt of an executed change order for the $1,490.00 in the next
30days with Commissioner Cole to second.
Motion passed unanimously.
Brief discussion follows.

moves to adjourn with Commissioner Cole to second.
