FINAL BUDGET HEARING
SEPTEMBER 23, 2009
Call to Order: Commissioner Peckinpaugh called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m. The meeting was properly advertised.
Roll Call:
Commissioners Cox, Cole, Peckinpaugh, Ristau and Cammick were
present.
Commissioner Peckinpaugh stated the first substantive issues discussed shall be the percentage increase in millage over the rolled-back rate necessary to fund the budget, if any, and the specific purposes for which ad valorem tax revenues are being increased. Commissioner Peckinpaugh stated that the percentage in millage over the rolled-back rate is -13.97 percent.
Public Input: With 1 member of the public present, there was no discussion between the public and the board regarding comments and questions.
FINAL MILLAGE FY2009-2010
Commissioner Cole read Resolution 2009-09-23(1) Adopting Final Millage Rate; which was duly adopted at 5:10 p.m.
Commissioner Cammick
moved to adopt FY2009-2010 Final Millage rate of 2.8500, with
Commissioner Cole to second the motion.
Vote is as follows: Cox-aye/Cole-aye/Peckinpaugh -
aye/Ristau-aye/Cammick-aye. Motion
was passed unanimously.
FINAL BUDGET

Commissioner Ristau read Resolution 2009-09-23(2) Adopting Final Budget; which was duly adopted at 5:12 p.m.
Commissioner Cox moved
to adopt FY2009-2010 Final Budget as presented, with Commissioner Cammick to
second. Vote is as follows:
Cox-aye/Cole-aye/Peckinpaugh -aye/Ristau-aye/Cammick-aye. Motion passed unanimously.
Commissioner Cox moved to adjourn, with Commissioner Cammick to second. The motion passed unanimously.
Final Budget Hearing ends on Disc 1 at 7:10.
